If we actually let our immune system do its job, then there would be more people like me...I haven't had so much as a sniffle in over 4 years now. The problem is, people rely SO heavily now on antibacterial gels and wipes. We lock ourselves up in our houses, sanitize the hell out of everything and then wonder why everyone gets sick when we can interact with each other again.
All my life I have always questioned why we continue doing something just because that's the way its been done.
Why do we keep putting metal shoes on horses?

Histamine intolerance! What is it? What are some of the signs that you have it? What foods make it worse? And what makes it better?
As you may already know, we produce histamine in our bodies but we can also consume histamine in some of the foods we eat.
What you may not know is that histamine works as a neurotransmitter. It is actually involved in our sleep wake cycle which is why, when you take an antihistamine you get drowsy because it is blocking that histamine.
